mwggVršac (mwgwin serbo Вршац?, Vršac; mwhain ungherese mwhqVersec; mwhgin romeno mwhwVârșe) è una città e una mwiamunicipalità della mwiqVoivodina, provincia autonoma della mwigSerbia, ed è situata a 45.13°N, 21.30°E. Nel mwiw2003 la popolazione totale era di mwja40 000 abitanti, di cui mwjq5 913 rumeni (data la vicinanza con la frontiera mwjgrumena). Uno dei centri sportivi serbi più importanti, il Millennium Sport Center, è stato inaugurato qui nel mwjw2002. E anche la sede del Vladika, vescovo ortodosso. Era anche in centro vitivinicolo importante. In passato anche un importante passaggio della ferrovia che collegava la Romania con la Jugoslavia e Occidente. Con la Romania nella CEE. Vrsac ha perso l’importanza anche commerciale. Aveva anche una produzione di birra, circolato e medicine importante x tutta la Jugoslavia. Oggi ha perso di importanza. Importante il centro aereo per il volo con le alianti.
